To

element1.id = rId + "_" + rowCount + "_newscheduledate";

Solution 2:

You have an spelling mistake in

element1.id = rId + "_" + rowCount + "_newschedueldate";

need to be

element1.id = rId + "_" + rowCount + "_newscheduledate";
